After Victor Osimhen snubbed a lucrative €45 million-per-year offer, Al Hilal target Youssef En-Nesyri as their next marquee signing. The Saudi giants have wasted no time pivoting their focus, aiming to land the Moroccan striker in what could be another major statement for the Saudi Pro League.

Victor Osimhen, who wrapped up a stunning season with 37 goals in 41 appearances, turned down a proposal from Al Hilal, leaving the club in urgent need of a new talisman. Now, Moroccan international En-Nesyri sits atop their wishlist, with a €40 million bid already being prepared for Fenerbahce’s approval.

Sources close to the player suggest that En-Nesyri is open to the move. After facing heavy criticism from fans despite scoring 30 goals this past season, the striker has informed Fenerbahce of his desire to leave. With his value still high, the Turkish side appears ready to sanction the transfer, especially with former club Sevilla due 10% of any fee.

Al Hilal Move Fast to Avoid Another Miss

New manager Simone Inzaghi is pushing for swift reinforcements after Al Hilal also failed to secure Viktor Gyökeres. The club cannot afford another collapse in negotiations and sees En-Nesyri as the ideal target—affordable, proven, and ready for a fresh challenge.

Fenerbahce Prepare for Life Without En-Nesyri

Meanwhile, Fenerbahce are already working behind the scenes to reinforce their squad. They’ve identified former Al Hilal striker Aleksandar Mitrovic, now reportedly open to returning to Europe, as a top replacement.

The Turkish side is also strengthening across the board. Talks are ongoing with PSG for Milan Skriniar, while a move for Marseille midfielder Azzedine Ounahi is in the works. Defensively, major exits are expected, with Rodrigo Becao, Alexander Djiku, Yusuf Akcicek, and Carlos Vinicius all placed on the transfer list.

As Al Hilal target Youssef En-Nesyri, the coming days could define not only their summer window but also the trajectory of the Saudi Pro League’s growing football empire.
