The form of Super Eagles winger Samuel Chukwueze at AC Milan has again been questioned with an Italian journalist the latest critic.
Chukwueze was a surprise but exciting summer recruit for Milan from La Liga outfit Villarreal but was expected to light up the Serie A.
The fee is yet to be justified as he has struggled with fitness and consistency so far in his AC Milan career.
“Pulisic (Christian) has demonstrated once again that he is decisive; eighth league goal and two in Europe,” – Italian journalist Arianna Ravelli.
“We can build on his concreteness, but it is clear that more is needed to bridge the gap with Inter (league leaders); it is not with the inconsistency of Chukwueze that we can go far.”
Chukwueze has yet to cover himself in glory as he has yet to register a goal in Serie A.
