Christian Pulisic has been a target for Juventus since the start of the previous summer’s transfer window.
According to Daniele Longo of Calciomercato, Juventus have now made their first exploratory contact with the entourage of the USA international.
The player’s willingness to transfer at the end of the season is something that comes of as an interest to Bianconeri’s management.
The 24-year-old’s current deal with the Premier League team has two years left on it. According to the source, Chelsea would prefer not to allow him depart on a free transfer, and by so doing, it could cost the Old Lady around €35 million to sign the forward.
Last season, Pulisic was struggling for regular game time, leading to the rumours of him being interested in a transfer in the summer. He has so far appeared in over 90 percent of games for the Chelsea side this season in which he started only one game.
Pulisic’s contract runs out in June 2024, and Chelsea will be hoping to at least make €35m from his sale next summer.
