Cult of Casio has now reported that Napoli are only interested in total cash-in on the Nigerian striker, even if they’ll have to wait until the summer, Il Mattino informs via Eurosport.
The transfer of the Nigerian forward will only be possible if Manchester United or any other team activates the striker’s release clause of 75 million Euros.
Some inside sources have also reportedly confirmed that Napoli would prefer to get the full price for Osimhen, from any European team than accept a deal involving a player exchange plus cash.
Napoli are looking at bringing in few legs in the winter window, as they are in advanced talks to sign Ange-Yoan Bonny of Roma, Patrick Dorgu as well as Jaka Bijol in addition to Ko Itakura. Hence the 2022 Scudetto winner is looking to cash in on the total 75 euros release clause of Victor Osimhen, if he eventually gets a move away from the club to fund these transfer moves.
New Manchester United coach Amorim is a huge admirer of Victor Osimhen, as multiple sources have it during the week that Manchester United are keen to land the Nigerian forward in January in a swap deal involving cash plus Zirkzee.
Victor Osimhen moved from Napoli to Galatasaray FC for a loan deal in the summer, as both Napoli FC and Osimhen seek a permanent transfer due to a breakdown in relationship between the player and club.
