NPFL hotshot joins new Saudi Arabian club

Anthony Okpotu joins Saudi Arabian side

Former NPFL hotshot Anthony Okpotu has joined a new club Al Adalah in Saudi Arabia.

Okpotu, former Lobi Stars hitman scored 17 goals for Al Ain in Saudi Arabia last season and that attracted Al Adalah to sign the powerful forwardigerian forward, BALLGIST NIGERIA reports.

Okpotu is the only player in the Nigeria Professional Football League to have scored three hat-tricks in a season.

The experienced striker netted 17 goals in 27 league appearances for Al-Ain last season finishing the season as the third highest goalscorer in the league.

Anthony has played for Lobi Stars (Nigeria ), Al Ittihad Tripoli (Libya), Diffa Hassani El Jadidi (Morocco), KF Laci (Albania), US Monastir(Tunisia), Qatar SC (Qatar), Al-Ain (Saudi Arabia) and Al Masry (Egypt).

He has six full international caps for Nigeria with two goals.
