Head coach of the Super Eagles of Nigeria, Austin Eguavoen has handed a recall to Sadiq Umar of Real Sociedad and Auxerre defender Gabriel Osho ahead of their AFCON qualifiers games against Benin Republic and Rwanda according to many reports.
Super Eagle are only in need of a point to seal qualification to next year’s AFCON, and this is made possible by the decision of CAF to hand them all three points after the botched match against Libya.
There was also a first time call up for Nasarawa United defender, Victor Collins who is expected to challenge Bruno Onyemaechi for the role of left full back. Osho is set to replace injured Semi Ajayi while Sadiq takes the spot pf Taiwo Awoniyi who has been dropped.
The full squad list goes;
