Ahead of another transfer window deadline, Wilfried Zaha has once again been linked to a move away from Crystal Palace. Arsenal and Chelsea are reportedly keen on signing the Ivorian international, but Zaha has stated that he is solely focused on Palace.
Wilfried Zaha scored a career-high 14 league goals last season, and has registered four already in this campaign. Speaking after the mid-week match with Brentford, the 29-year-old stated:
“It’s not been difficult at all [to remain focused],” Zaha said. “I’ve just been focused on Palace and every game. So it’s not been difficult at all.
“I go into training, I get on with it and I enjoy it. So I’ve been focused. It’s massive, we’ve got a massive understanding everyone literally understands me. It’s different, it’s hard to explain but it feels like a family here. That’s the understanding we have.”
Patrick Vieira’s side currently sit 13th on the Premier League table despite facing Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester City in three of their last four.
