The 21-year-old Ukranian international has been identified as the Gunners’ primary transfer target and are confident that a deal can be reached for his services below his £100million price tag.
“I think every guy dreams about the Premier League” the winger said recently.
“Arsenal is a very good team with a very good coach. I like the way they play.
“It would be hard to say no [to Arsenal], I can’t say no but the transfer is not only my decision.”
Mudryk has admitted that the Arsenal fanbase have been pivotal in him deciding his future while speaking to Oleksandr Zinchenko’s wife Vlada Sedan.
“One surprise for me was how many Arsenal fans followed me” he said.
“No other club’s fans have interacted as much as them.
“Telling me that they are waiting for me, saying ‘come to us’. One of my recent posts has over 500 comments saying that.”
Arsenal are currently top of the Premier League table after a blistering start to the 2022/2023 season.
