High-flying Arsenal helped by Bukayo Saka’s double smashed relegation candidates Burnley 5-0 at Turf Moor to keep their title aspirations on track.
Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal and Bukayo Saka were in an unforgiving mood as they spanked Burnley to keep the pressure on Liverpool, who defeated Brentford earlier in the day.

Burnley endured the worst possible start, suffering an early setback as Gabriel Martinelli set up Martin Ødegaard for a quick lead.
Just before halftime, Lorenz Assignon fouled Leandro Trossard in the box, leading to Bukayo Saka converting a penalty, marking his first career goal against Burnley.
Saka doubled his tally with a second goal, capitalizing on Burnley’s defensive lapse. Trossard added the third, and Kai Havertz secured Arsenal’s fifth after chaotic defending.
The Gunners have now scored 11 goals in their last two games and Burnley must surely be contemplating life in the Championship next season.
