Cristiano Ronaldo scored a goal against Al Fateh to surpass Lionel Messi in another record for goals scored.
At the KSU Stadium in Riyadh, Al Nassr defeated the Saudi Pro League match 2-1 thanks to a strike from the Portuguese talisman.
The 39-year-old broke the 875-goal barrier with the goal, making him the first player in history to do so.
Ronaldo recently played in his 1000th club match, for Al Nassr versus Al Feiha in the AFC Champions League.

The 39-year-old took advantage of a play started by right-back Sultan Al Ghannam in the 17th minute by getting past Al Fateh’s defense.
In the seventieth minute, Otavio doubled Al Nassr’s lead.
Ronaldo surpasses Messi on non-penalty goals
Ronaldo now has 875 goals to his name after the strike against Al Fateh.
After the win he took to social media to write, “Another win, another goal ⚽️ Let’s keep going.”
The attacker from Portugal also surpassed Lionel Messi in terms of goals scored without a penalty.
With 714, he now leads his competitor from Argentina who has 713.
