The Super Eagles 2025 AFCON full set of fixtures for the qualifying tournament has been released.
The Super Eagles will now begin their journey to Morocco 2025 in September with a home game against fellow West African rivals Benin, followed by an away trip to Rwanda.
It would be recalled that the Cheetahs of Benin, under former Super Eagles coach Gernot Rohr, shocked three-time AFCON champions Nigeria 2-1 in a 2026 World Cup qualifier last month in Abidjan.
October will see a double-header against North Africans Libya, while in November they will be guests of Benin, before a final Group D game at home against Rwanda.
The top two teams will advance to the 2025 AFCON, which will kick off on December 21, 2025 and end January 18, 2026.
