Former Super Eagles goalkeeper Vincent Enyeama recently took to Instagram to share a heartfelt moment, posting a photo of his son donning Lille colours during a game.
The post, captioned with words of gratitude and pride – “God is the greatest. Home sweet home. Back home in a different skin”
– suggests that Enyeama’s son has joined the youth setup at Lille, Enyeama’s former club.
The 41-year-old moved to the French outfit in June 2011 on a three-year deal, following four years of exhilarating performances for the Israeli side Hapoel Tel Aviv.
He made his Lille debut in October 2011 in a UEFA Champions League clash with Inter Milan, kicking off a successful tenure with the French outfit that concluded in August 2018 after 143 appearances for Les Dogues.

Enyeama’s son is poised to continue his father’s legacy in football. As a promising young goalkeeper, and given his father’s recent Instagram post, there are hints of his potential involvement with Lille’s youth setup.
