Michael Folorunsho, whose father is Nigerian, has extended his contract with Napoli until the summer of 2029.

The 26-year-old midfielder joined Napoli in 2019. Last season, he played on loan at another Serie A club Hellas Verona, where he scored five goals and made an assist in 34 appearances.
Folorunsho has also played on loan at Bari and Reggina.
He featured for Italy at the recent Euros in Germany and has two caps for Italy.
