The opening Group B match is scheduled for the Municipal Stadium in Lome and it will kick off 3pm local time.
The Flying Eagles under coach Aliyu Zubairu will then take on Cote d’Ivoire in a final Group B game six days.
The match will also be played at the Municipal Stadium and kick-off is also 3pm.
The WAFU B competition will begin on Thursday, October 17, when hosts Togo take on Niger at the Kegue Stadium.
Ghana and Benin are the other teams in Group A.
The top two teams will advance to the semifinals of the qualifying competition for next year’s U20 AFCON in South Africa.
