Chelsea are willing to break their wage structure by signing big earner Victor Osimhen, but they are still pushing for a loan transfer for the Napoli striker.
Transfer Expert Jacobs Ben reported that Chelsea are still in talks for Osimhen and a loan with a buy option has been discussed.
The striker will want a permanent aspect to the move as he does not wish to return to Napoli.
Another Transfer Expert Fabrizio Romano has maintained that Osimhen will not take a pay cut, but could now consider a loan with option to buy.
He has said Osimhen is the one holding down this transfer.
