Getafe CF has completed the signing of young Nigerian starlet, Christantus Ugonna Uche from third division side AD Ceuta Fc, according to reports making the rounds.
The Spanish club reached this agreement after beating a host of top sides in the senior division including Real Betis, proving thus how incredible his performances this season have been.
This was completed after a meeting with his agent, his club and the scouting team under the management of Getafe. The agreement will see Uche sign on an initial two-year deal starting next summer.
The Nigerian protege was part of the Nigeria U23 squad that participated in the AFCON U23 qualifications last year.
He has also so far made a total of 22 appearances this season, from a possible 24, starting from the first minute until the last in all games this season.
It was only one year ago that Uche left Owerri for Spain, but his ability has gotten him to the very top of the ladder as he is set to be joined in the squad for next season with Getafe.
