Victor Osimhen transfer
Victor Osimhen has proven to be arguably one of the best strikers in the world this season, and despite interest from Premier League clubs, Napoli president Aurelio de Laurentiis has stated that the Nigerian international will not be sold this summer.

Napoli president Aurelio de Laurentiis has insisted that the Serie A leaders are not willing to sell Victor Osimhen, despite reports that Manchester United will make a summer bid for the forward.

The Nigerian forward leads the Serie A scoring charts this season, with 16 goals in 17 league appearances.

The 24-year-old is expected to cost more than £100 million to any interested party and is a serious option for Manchester United this summer as they look to address their lack-of-options upfront.

Speaking to BILD, the president of the Serie A club said via Fabrizio Romano:

“I can tell you that Osimhen is not for sale”.

Osimhen joined Napoli from Lille in 2020 for a fee of £62.4 million and has scored 45 goals in 83 appearances. His contract expires in 2025, and no new contract negotiations are believed to have occurred.
