Al Hilal set to make world-record £259 Million bid for PSG’s Kylian Mbappe

Al Hilal are set to break the world transfer record by making an eye-watering £259 million offer to sign superstar forward Kylian Mbappe from Paris Saint-Germain.

With just one year left on his contract, PSG seems keen to cash in on Mbappe who has reportedly been unsettled in the French capital.

Mbappe’s future at PSG has been in doubt for some time, with constant speculation linking him to Real Madrid. Reports suggest that he intends to join the Spanish giants as a free agent in the summer of 2024 causing tension between the player and his current club.

The Saudi Pro League clubs have been making headlines this summer with their lavish spending, and the signing of Mbappe would be the most significant deal yet. The 24-year-old forward is widely regarded as one of the best players in the world, and his addition would be a massive coup for Al Hilal.

PSG, desperate to avoid losing Mbappe for nothing, has put him up for sale to recoup some of the £150 million they spent to secure his permanent transfer from Monaco in 2018. The French club is also facing financial challenges, given Mbappe’s reported weekly earnings of around £2 million.

At PSG, Mbappe has been a key figure, becoming their all-time top scorer, lifting five Ligue 1 titles, and winning multiple domestic cups. His international success is equally impressive, having won the 2018 World Cup with France.

As the football world watches eagerly, Mbappe’s eventual destination will undoubtedly be one of the most significant transfer stories in recent history.
