Nigerian midfielder Alhassan Yusuf played 79 minutes on his 100th appearance for Antwerp, who won both the league and cup last season.
George Ilenikhena, who was born in Nigeria, salvaged a point for Antwerp thanks to an assist by former Golden Eaglets winger Victor Udoh.
The draw on the road ensured Antwerp stayed put in fourth place and remained within the championship playoffs bracket of the Top 6 teams.
They have 45 points with three more matches till the end of the regular season.
The Super Eagles midfielder joined the Belgian Side from Swedish club IFK Goteborg three seasons ago.
