The Premier League is now examining the transfer of teenager Chido Obi-Martin from Arsenal to Manchester United Ballgist.com reports.
Obi-Martin, a sensational striker, has completed the initial part of his medical tests. However, the official announcement may be postponed as the deal is subject to the Premier League’s five-step investigation process.
Despite this, the transfer details are expected to be finalized soon.
Chido was born in Glostrup, a suburb of Copenhagen, to Nigerian parents. He can represent Denmark, England, or Nigeria at the international level.
His youth international career has been quite funny and varied. He made five appearances for Denmark U16s in late 2022. He briefly switched to England in early 2023 but returned to Denmark later that year. Obi-Martin scored twice in three games for Denmark U16s and was called up to the Danish U17 squad.
His impressive performances have highlighted his potential. Fans and pundits are eagerly awaiting his move to Manchester United.
