The four teams with doubles this gameweek and their opponents are:
Manchester City – MUN (A), TOT (H)
Manchester United – MCI(H), CPL(A)
Tottenham Hotspur – ARS(H), TOT(A)
Crystal Palace – CHE(A), MUN(H)
The following players could be valuable assets to own in double gameweek 20.
Kevin De Bruyne (£12.5, 36.9% TSB) vs MUN(A) & TOT(H):
For Manchester City, we would only recommend buying Kevin De Bruyne in addition to the already highly-owned Erling Braut Haaland. Despite the Belgian’s poor run of form, he remains the only Manchester City attacking option with the best chance of starting both games. Historically, the 31-year-old thrives when the fixtures are tough and matches against Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur could be a good opportunity for him to regain his lost form.

Luke Shaw (£5.1, 13.3% TSB) vs MCI(H) & CPL(A):
Since the restart, Manchester United have played thrice and kept three cleansheets. Luke Shaw has benefitted from this, registering 8, 9, and 15 points in their three league matches since the World Cup. The England international slotted in seamlessly at left centre-back (LCB) in their matches against Nottingham Forest and Wolves, before going to his preferred position at left-back in their 3 – 0 win over Bournemouth where he scored the opener. The match against Manchester City especially would not be easy, but his recent form shows that Shaw can still come out of the double gameweek with a double-digit score.
Marcus Rashford (£7.0, 38.6% TSB) vs MCI(H) & CPL(A):
Like his teammate, Marcus Rashford has returned in all of Manchester United’s league matches since the restart. The 25-year-old forward has been rejuvenated under Erik ten Hag and has even surpassed his FPL point total for last season. The double against Manchester City and Crystal Palace is another opportunity for Manchester United’s most in-form attacker to show his worth.
Harry Kane (£11.6, 30.3% TSB) vs ARS(H) & MCI(A):
Harry Kane has criminally gone under the radar this season. The England international has blanked only on four occasions in the league this season. With fellow attacker – Son Heung-Min misfiring, Antonio Conte has had to reply on Kane for goals and he has duly obliged. Many FPL managers have failed to benefit from Kane’s performances because of his similar price point with Haaland. However, the double gameweek is another opportunity for FPL managers to own the Spurs striker.
Michael Olise (£5.4, 0.3% TSB) vs CHE(A) & MUN(H):
The young Crystal Palace winger has been a joy to watch from his breakout season in 2021/2022 season. He has two double-digit returns in his last five Premier League matches. His price of £5.4 and ownership of 0.3% makes him an interesting differential to own ahead of Crystal Palace’s double gameweek.
